Asian food recipes - There are two ways to approach the meat in this dish. If you buy an expensive cut such as rib-eye, 30 minutes is all you need to marinate the meat. If you buy an inexpensive steak (many varieties), you can marinate up to 24 hours depending on the cut. We highly recommend using a rib-eye steak and marinating 30 minutes. To keep the cost down, buy bone-in and remove the bone yourself.
